706 Dudley Street will be a great addition to the Dorchester community as we are set to build a beautiful 10,000 sqft worship/community center. 

706 Dudley Street is a client project where we have been hired to provide a complete development and construction management package. 

This project is currently in the permitting phase where we have managed the entire permitting process for our client. This includes the coordination of all the design professionals, navigating the city agencies such as ISD and BPDA.

This project is estimated to break ground in October 2023.
